MaiMoney is an application encompassing products aimed at mobilizing investment into the DCarbon renewable power generator. Our power generator extracts methane from livestock waste and converts it into electricity. The electricity generated is sold to farm owners where the power generator is installed at a better price than the market rate.

Returns generated from these activities are advised by a team of experienced investors, leveraging our strong relationships with farm owners, enabling us to deploy power generators on a large scale.

Our returns come from selling electricity and carbon credits, with the generated profits prioritized for repayment to investors at MaiMoney.

MaiGreen is a product of MaiMoney that lets you invest in electricity generators and earn up to 8.5% per year. You can withdraw your money at anytime and still get a high return 6.5% per year. MaiGreen’s ultimate goal is to invest in generators that use CH4 gas, which is a major greenhouse gas, to produce electricity. By investing in MaiGreen, you are saving the environment and securing your financial future.

When you successfully invest in MaiGreen, the invested amount will generate profits daily. The first profit amount will start to be calculated on the next working day and will be recorded on the following day.

For example, if you invest on 01/02/2024, the starting day for profit calculation will be 02/02/2024 and it will be recorded on 03/02/2024.

With MaiGreen, you can receive periodic profits monthly of up to 8.5% per year (excluding 5% personal income tax). The actual profit amount will be deposited into your MaiMoney account.

You can withdraw your investment at any time with a profit of 6.5% per year calculated on the actual number of days invested without receiving interest for that month.

For example, suppose you invest 100 million VND on January 20, 2024:

• If you do not withdraw from January 20, 2024, until February 20, 2024: you will receive periodic profits at a rate of 8.5% per year for this investment month and it will be deposited into your MaiMoney account. The profit for the invested amount is: 100 million x 8.5%/365 x 31 days.

• If you decide to withdraw the entire balance after 15 days, you will receive a profit of 6.5% per year on the withdrawn investment amount, and the profit will be deposited into your MaiMoney account. The profit for this amount is: 100 million x 6.5%/365 x 14 days.
