To register an account with MaiMoney, you need a smartphone running iOS or Android and meet the following requirements:

• Be a Vietnamese citizen aged 18 or older.
• Have a valid and unexpired national ID card or citizen ID card.

To register an account with MaiMoney, you need to be 18 years or older.

MaiMoney ensures that our customers' personal information is always kept secure at the highest level through physical and digital security measures.

• We collect users' personal information to support the use of the application.
• We are committed to protecting users' privacy and will not use their personal information for any purpose other than the intended use of the application.
• Users have the right to request that we delete their information from our system.
• We do not share users' personal information with third parties except when required by law or with the user's consent.

In order to confirm you are who you say you are, we may require additional ID verification, such as your National ID Card or Citizen ID Card.

Identity verification procedures are in place to protect MaiMoney and our customers from criminal activity. The fraudulent use of this personal information can be harmful to MaiMoney and yourself. 

Your account may have been denied approval after you completed all eKYC steps for one of the following reasons:

• You are under 18 years old.
• You are not a Vietnamese citizen. Currently, the MaiMoney app is only available for Vietnamese citizens. We plan to offer our products to international customers in the near future, and MaiMoney will inform you as soon as these products are ready.
• We suspect that the image/information on your National ID Card or Citizen ID Card is not authentic or original.
• We observe that the face on the National ID Card or Citizen ID Card does not match the face in the photo you provided.

Regardless of the reason for account approval denial, MaiMoney has certainly sent the reason for denial in the application. Please check and follow the instructions.
